The property was centrally located. Requested housekeeping services twice (4-day stay) and never received them, despite following the protocol I was informed of (requesting housekeeping the day before). Also had to pick our own soap and lotion refills from the front desk and the bottles were dirty. The shower wall had some unidentified schmutz. The breakfast buffet is very limited (yogurt, granola, muffins) is the same every day - could use some variety.

We originally book for two nights thinking this property seemed very unique and my wife wanted an outdoor pool. The main lobby area was exactly what was represented, unique and fun. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Now the bad of the property; 1. I feel like the property is grossly misrepresent by the pictures. The pictures made it look very sleek and modern but, in reality It looked like an old renovated Motel 6. 2. The hotel advertises breakfast included, however don’t expect much. The breakfast was some pastries and oatmeal, with coffee and tea. 3. The room was just ok, the bathroom door was a barn style door that didn’t fully cover the opening into the bathroom. The bathroom wasn’t full clean, as there was hair on the floor near the tub and toilet that looked to be there for a while. The bottom of the door into the room from outside was all chewed up and you could see daylight coming through the bottom. 4. The worst part, and the reason we wound up changing hotels, was during the middle of the night my wife could smell marijuana. The next morning my wife went to lobby to get some breakfast and upon returning to the room the marijuana smell was sooooo strong you would have thought some just finished “hot boxing” the room. All of our stuff smelled like marijuana. The manager did offer for us to change rooms, however we no longer felt comfortable in the hotel. We asked for a full refund but were only able to get the nigh we cancelled.

Room was large and was in good repair. There are no Resturant’s within walking distance. The turn into the hotel parking lot during high traffic conditions was dangerous.
