The property is nice, I have actually stayed in the larger part of this property before, and thats why I picked this location. We had a few problems and nothing was done to fix them. first of all there was no controll of the thermostat. It got pretty warm in there. second problem was the shower handle fell off the first time trying to use it, and it took some time to figure out how to get hot water for a shower. another issue was the hot tub, should be called a warm tub. couldn't get it above 94 degrees Fahrenheit, it kept shutting down. quite disappointing as we were looking forward to nice hot tub after hiking all day. One more thing to mention, I know it states there would be no refunds for schedule adjustments, BUT. My wife ending up getting sick and we checked out a full day early. Considering the issues I would have thought a bit of discount would have been appropriate. The place was cozy, but when I brought the issues to the attention of the representative, the only response was send a picture.

Room was clean, bed was excellent, tub was a little bit difficult to get in and out of and was somewhat slippery, but we’re in our 70’s a grab bar would have been helpful, water in tub and sink got to temperature quickly. Toilet had a leak, but reported to property management and they arranged for it to be looked at as soon as we checked out…just a puddle around the seal, not flooding.Things that were hard 1. Directions very obscure, it was after dark when we arrived and took about 30 minutes to find the place…got in touch with the manager but it seemed since they were not local they had a difficult time trying to help.2. Key pad did not work to enter room, finally manager told us how to locate the actual key.3. Closet was full of stuff, had to remove quite a few things in order to hang up our clothes4. Difficult to regulate the temperature in the room…especially at night the room was very hot.5. TV worked fine, but no instructions on how to operate…would be especially nice to have instructions as to how to find local news channels6. Refrigerator appeared to have been turned off on our arrival…however in conversation with the manager we figured out how to set it properly Management was VERY nice and helpful with every issue we reported.
