This home was spacious, immaculate, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were incredibly accessible, friendly, and even recommended some fantastic local restaurants. It’s a perfect place for a large family — there’s plenty of room to enjoy time together, but also enough space for everyone to have their own privacy. The layout is great for entertaining, and everything was clean and comfortable. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended! loooved we will be back!!!

Wedding Gathering

Grandparents and close relatives gathered for a Denver wedding. Since the mother of the groom lived in Monument, this was a perfect location and it worked out very well. This is a well stocked home and it had everything we needed. It is also a great location to visit attractions in the Colorado Springs area so we took advantage of that as well. Large Monument home

Close to USAFA!

This home is in a beautiful neighborhood and is a quick ride to the Air Force Academy. This is a perfect home for parents weekend or graduation and is dog friendly! The yard is great and the hole has multiple areas for either gathering or quiet time. Bill and Patti were wonderful and very accommodating!

Nice home in quiet neighborhood near trails. Location is close to grocery store. Good for our dogs with sliding door giving easy access to fenced backyard. House was bigger than expected and has multiple levels so you need to be good with stairs especially to reach bedrooms.

Perfect home close to the Academy.

This property was absolutely perfect. It was much larger than I anticipated. The backyard was a wonderful spot to relax in after a long day on the lacrosse fields. We discovered Monument Lake just a few minute drive from the house and spent time there. Do not hesitate to book. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Wedding House

This was a great house for our extended weekend as we visited Colorado from Tennessee and Texas for our nephew’s wedding. The location was perfect! Close to the venue (Larkspur), grocery stores and airport (COS). The neighborhood was quiet and the house was truly comfortable with plenty of space for all of us. Private and fun

I had several of my bridesmaids and their partners share this lovely home with me. There was ample space to spread out and have your private space as well as fun large group areas to hang together. Also great location - we had our rehearsal dinner downtown in Colorado Springs. Our guests hiked Garden of the Gods. We visited Monuments farmers market and hiked around Monument rock!! Great memories!! Thanks to our hosts for making us feel welcome and accommodating group!!
