「Breakfast is prepared by a chef each morning,rooms are cozy,no television but wasn't a problem for us. Thecstaff was welcoming and answered any questions.」

「Staff was great, room needed some minor work. Broken inserts in shutters, bed frame gouge in corner. Reading lights in headboard not functional. Very close to a total 5 star experience, more like 4.5. Better between guest room inspection would bring to Helmsley level. 」
