"When we arrived, the hotel staff was talking amongst themselves, they did not greet us and seemed annoyed that they had to stop their conversation to check us in, (their job) the young woman who did finally assist us was rude, did not even ask us for our name, or anything.
After finally getting checked in, we arrive on the third floor and there were piles of dirty laundry outside of rooms. (Yes, I have pictures) Upon arriving inside our room, several things were broken in our room. (Pictures of those items as well)
And there was an odor I couldn't identify, musty, and unkept?
The pillows were lumpy, it was like sleeping on stuffed blankets inside of pillow cases, and the bed was terrible!
Considering the pictures the hotel displays, I expected a lot more from this place! And I will definitely never stay here again!"
