“I stay there everytime we went to glenwood spring, the room and services always good. Just one thing wired since when hotel charged money for parking, but the front desk lady gave us water and snacks instead, fair enough.”

“The staff didn’t really seem to care that much and we’re very slow in the check-in process. The pool was also not close for maintenance. The light was out of the pool. There were also no towels that were stocked at the pool as well. We have stayed at this La Quinta several times when visiting Duran Durango and this is the first time that it’s ever been in such terrible shape.”

“I was appalled! This hotel is away from the city with nothing around and they charge you $12 per night to park in their parking lot that needs resurfaced. This is a separate charge from booking. I did not see this requirement when I booked because it was shown in small printing on a separate page which in nothing more than their full intentions to deceive their customer with add-ons after booking. I couldn’t find another hotel in Steamboat Springs that had a parking charge. The breakfast……
