Wonderful spot, but small drawbacks for some

We had a WONDERFUL stay, and the place is extremely cute and clean. My only drawback to the place is that by not having anyone on-hand, you can't have a quick response to customer service needs. That being said, the team did respond to our issue the next day, but the initial oversight w
