“Elizabeth was very prompt in communicating and accurate on all accounts for the listing of her home. It took us 25 minutes to get to the beaches and 15-20 minutes to get to downtown Wilmington where there are tons of nightlife, shops, tours, etc. The home was just as pictured with all the amenities as advertised. Elizabeth even made available 2 beach chairs and towels for us to use. We truly appreciated that little extra effort. Many thanks.”

“Located directly across the street from the beach access walk. Views from the living area of the water. The apartment has enough space to spread out, even in the bedrooms. The bathroom is a little small though. The beds are comfy with plenty of pillows. We brought our own so I can not review the ones they provided. Each room also has extra blankets in the closets. More than enough hangers included too. The kitchen has a 4 burner electric stove, a toaster, a coffee maker, and……

“I scheduled this trip a month and a half ago but when I got there the package I paid for wasn't even there I talked to someone at 3:50pm they said it'll be at 8pm so after 8pm I call the lady that booked me she just bring me sheets and 4 towel around 11:30pm I was tired ready to shower and lay down. That wasn't the $150 package deal I got other than that it was straight”

“The house was clean enough, but we did see shredded cheese on the dining table, and one of the drawers in the master suite bathroom area had dirt and a bunch of tiny hair rubber bands in it. The description noted a coffee pot, but there intact was no coffee pot, which was slightly disappointing as I had packed coffee from home to make. I had asked about life jacket situation to use with they kayak, but communication wasn't clear and life jackets showed up on the porch Saturday evening, we……

“Our family had a wonderful week at this property! The kids and adults loved kayaking in the canal. It was a quick walk to the beach access. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfy too! ”

“We really enjoyed staying at this house, it was perfect for our family vacation! Very nice home with Great location to the beach, just a couple minutes walk!! Enjoyed the variety of games to choose from when we had a couple rainy mornings. Also had a lot of extra supplies for fun beach activities in the storage room! Close to other sight seeing locations.
