"I was there for a sold out concert and was told I did not have a reservation even though I had all my emails and itinerary’s through hotels.com. They said without a seperate email from Red Roof with a confirmation number from them there was nothing they could do. A lovely stranger gave me a third room she didn’t need and they almost didn’t let me have that. They did, and then instead of my original price I was charged her rate of 3 times my original price. Almost seems convenient they can’t find the reservations made at the lower price. Thanks to the kindness of a stranger, NOT the staff, we had an amazing time."
