"We had a great stay in the Bayside Jewel. The owner was courteous, available and so helpful! The property is exactly as advertised, fully stocked, and so comfy for our group of 5 adults, one toddler and one infant. The location was convenient for our needs. "The Quiet Single Family House was the perfect place to stay for our group of a mom and 3 college-aged girls. We had plenty of space, the home was very clean and comfortable, and we were central to everything we wanted to do in the area. "The apartment was very clean and cozy but if you are tall watch out for the low ceilings. Being in an old home it has some wonderful character! The bed was very comfortable as well and has a nice living room with TV. I would highly recommend this place to stay. The host is also very receptive and on top of everything, thank you Ebenezer."

"We were in town for a family gathering nearby, and Joanne’s home was the perfect resting spot for the four of us. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Joanne was an incredibly thoughtful, kind, and responsive host. "Clean, bright, new, comfortable, excellent space. Really appreciated the welcome package. The kitchen is very well stocked with spices and other perks. The book of instructions on the counter is clear and helpful. Nice area, easy walk to pizza and Dunkin. Appreciated the owner accommodating our Sunday time request Would highly recommend this place."

"I reserved the house for 4 days just so my 17 year old daughter and her 3 best friends could spend quality time in Boston on her birthday. We really liked the house; it’s a nice space with all the necessities and very cozy. it was a great fit for our family and we truly enjoyed it. It’s actually minutes to everything in Boston, and we would stay there again if we come back into town. "

"Everything was great! Our host was very quick to respond if there was a question. Plenty of room for all 5 adults (and then some). The only negative about the location is pulling out of the driveway. Easy enough to deal with though. For us, the proximity of this location to our family and friends for this visit was great. 20-25 minutes at most whether going into Boston or heading out to family in the suburbs."

"The place was in a perfect location. Short walk down the hill to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and shops. Plenty of off street parking. Plenty of room in the house and fully stocked with what is needed. Some of the decor is a bit dated but it does give the place a homey feel. Would happily stay here again."
