「Friendly staff」

「Didn't know Breakfast was an extra charge.」

「Everything was so clean and smelt so clean and fresh, The bathroom was small and the parking situation is really not ideal, but overall it was honestly such a good stay, I would 100% come back.」

「Excellent location to town of St Jacobs, the Farmers Market and a short trip through farm country to the Stratford Festival. We visit the festival annually and this will become our base for that.」

「My only issue was that there was no complimentary water in the room」

「Lots of breakfast options. Very good coffee !!」

「Unfortunately, one of our rooms had a noticeable odour and exceptionally high humidity. The towels felt only half-dried, and the room was stuffy and filled with damp, humid air, making it quite uncomfortable. It was disappointing, as this affected what was otherwise our first trip to Elora. We hope the issue can be addressed for future guests.」

「Room very clean」

「We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Easy to get to, and surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the highway! We were attending an event at a nearby venue and opted to stay here due to the price. We felt that it was very good value for our money, even without a complimentary breakfast. There was fruit-infused water available in the lobby as well as free coffee in the morning. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms, which was clean and well-appointed. We will definitely stay here again...
