"The elevator was being 'worked on'. Saw no signs of this. Had to wait every time to get someone to operate the elevator. We were in town to celebrate a friend's birthday, so spent a lot of time dining out. This was a pain having to wait for someone for the elevator. So we just took the stairs after while.
