「Good location
Needs looking after, poor cooking items, tv in lounge broken, no batteries in the remote control, stains on cover which was over a dirty sofa. Marks on the table!
Agents not countable and very poor communication!
Would not stay again」

「Lovely space to chill and sleep during a busy weekend. Super good price considering the races were on the same weekend! SOOO close to the main strip of shops as well, 20 min walk from the train station too」

「The property was of a basic nature and very tired in places. The bathroom paint was peeling off the walls. The bed was a small queen bed that wasn't big enough for 2 adults to get a good night sleep. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Due to this we left the property early and had to book a hotel. I also tried to contact the property as advised by Sykes cottages, but my calls were unanswered and not returned. Overall a disappointing stay. There are plenty of better rentals available.」

「Good place for short stay. This is a student accommodation and it is close to the campus of several universities in Liverpool. The staff is gentle and proactive, the facility is clean and well maintained. I felt safe and comfortable for the purpose which was related to academic matters. I recommend it.」

「Brilliant Aparthotel , lovely room with kitchen and decent sized TV . Brilliant location for everything to do in Liverpool. I travelled with my 2 children. Tesco and takeaway shops less than 5 mins away. Quiet area . Few minutes away from The Cavern and all the Beatles pubs. Would stay again most definitely 😁」

「Sorry to say, I had a worst experience ever in this property. Right from locating the property to getting into onwards. No sign board with the name of the property, no staff at the reception, getting the room key itself was a big hustle.
The room was with a foul smell and not inhabitable. The bed sheet were unclean, towels old and torn, empty shower gel and hand wash bottles in bathroom, no provision of kettle or tea bags in the room etc etc. I couldn't spend hardly 2 hours in the property and...
