“Great location with nice restaurants within walking distance. Driveway for 1 car but ample street parking available. ”

“Everything was great. Rooms are spacious and clean. The homeowner responded to questions within 15 minutes. Our we arrived at the house sooner than expected and he graciously allowed us to enter the house early. There are two offstreet parking spots and a cute little patio.. Only thing that we could’ve used that was not there was a baby gate for the stairs. He had a highchair and a pack and play which were greatly appreciated. ”

“Property advertised as sleeping 10, and on arrival morning (a month after the reservation was made), host texted me (outside the app) to express concern about the size of our group (10). I explained who we were and why we wanted to stay there and was given the ok. However, host subsequently went incommunicado for many hours past check-in time, later claiming that because I had responded to them via text rather than inside the app, I had failed to communicate and the reservation was cancelled. ……

“There wasn’t a lot of equipment and cleaning supplies for kitchen especially visiting out of state the wait to check in was very long”

“Home smelled like dog. Kitchen sink faucet was falling off . Trash left behind by other occupants. Heating unit wasn’t working properly in the living area , stayed in my hat and jacket till bedtime ”

“The house was in a great location. The hosts were avaible whenever I had questions and even mades sure the sidewalk and steps were salted and sholved when a snow storm hit. We would definaetly stay here again when we return to the area!”

“Very nice one bedroom apartment. The neighborhood is convenient. The immediate surroundings are quite urban. Nice residential around it. Beware- though there is on street parking it is restricted and usually occupied by cars. Parking is hard to find nearby.”
