“Particles from the ceiling was flaking off in the floor. Roaches in the bathroom and kitchen small ones. Tub was clogged and it was a disgusting mess when you showered. Very hard to open the sliding door. You have to turn the ac off in the bedroom because it blows directly on the bed. There was a huge piece of the front door jam with part of a lock on it laying on the floor and my mother tripped over it soon as she walked in. So her entire trip was ruined because she hurt her knee. Very……

“I need for you to STOP Looking right now for a place to stay in Myrtle Beach. I don’t care if you any to be in the South or North end of the beach. Sarah’s condo is worth the short drive to SMB. This was our second time at this condo and between the renovations, the absolutely gorgeous ocean view and Sarah’s attention to detail ensuring an enjoyable stay, not much else to ask for on vacation. This is the first place that I have actually wanted to come back to yearly! That balcony ocean view……

“We had a wonderful stay at this location. The condo was clean and was exactly what we expected. It was nice having a Murphy bed on top of a pullout couch. The only downside to the condo was the lighting in the bedroom area. There were only two lamps and we had to keep unplugging one in order to have enough plugs for phones next to the bed.The kitchen was well equipped, and we were able to cook a few meals while we stayed at the condo. The pool for the tower that the condo is located in is still……

“The view was great as well as the layout of the condo. AC worked perfectly and the bed was extremely comfortable. That being said I need to bring up the negative…it is in need of some minor repairs as well as a deep cleaning. I did reach out to the management company to make them aware of my concerns.”
