「The room didn't appear especially clean. There were stains on the comforter and a few on the sheets, but nothing that seemed new. Just permanently stained. Fan cover in the bathroom ceiling was missing and cracks in the ceiling. Air conditioner was working. Although the room did seem warm. Overall, it wasn't terrible just not completely updated.」

「The man who checked us in was incredibly rude. We felt very unsafe. At 11:30 pm someone was repeatedly knocking on our door asking us if his wallet was in our room. The fridge, sink and shower were in poor shape. The two little cloths they provide could not be called bath towels. It was our worst motel experience. 」

「We had 2 rooms. One of them the door didn’t lock. Only found out the next morning when I just pushed it open. It took them the day to figure x it. I had to put our stuff into the other room. The parking lot had giant crater pot holes. It was treacherous driving through it. It’s our last stay here.」

「Parking was easy if you were able to get a spot. I did have trouble getting a spot close to my room, but the hotel worker on duty accommodated for me and just switched my room to a closer spot. Staff is accommodating and easy to work with. Amenities are fair. Room was clean. But furniture seemed old and stained. My room did smell like smoke. But I was safe. It was fine for 2 nights. 」

「My family plans on returning here. We never had a bad experience. Clean sheets, rooms, smooth transition gettng our room. Nice size pool and fun events for kids and adults.i prefer washing my own clothes , so I didn't mind not having room service.」

「The worst place I’ve ever stayed ! So disappointed from the minute I checked in My itinerary said check in was 3:00 pm and when I arrived I was told 4:00 pm then next on to amenities the pool was empty and told it’s been closed for a long time. Now I get to the room which looked and smelled like 1970 ! After long business meeting I returned to unclean room without explanation this happened 3 times then my request for a inconvenience credit fell on deaf ears as no one would help me but they...

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」
