“It was so nice. I Love the way the house is set up. We got to rest and relax”

“They were very easy to talk to and help you with anything. They even brought us some of the tomatoes when they picked them. It was beautiful and quiet out here. It wasn’t exactly what we thought we were getting, but we loved it anyway!! If you want something cheap and clean, this is the place for you!! We really enjoyed our time there and loved exploring Petit Jean Mountain, Mt. Nebo and Lake Dardanelle. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you!! We also visited the Automobile……

“The shower is pretty tight with only a small caddy so might be helpful to bring your own or plan accordingly. Also, we had an issue with a few of the lights not working but not enough of a problem to interfere with our time there. Overall a good stay that allowed us to reset.”

“Beautiful property inside and out!!! The host made everything very comfortable and convenient. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Great cabin!”

“We had a great time and plan to come back again!”

“The place is nice. My family rented two cottages for the 4th of July weekend. We got there at checkout to find that the AC was off in both. It was 90 degrees inside, and it took all evening to cool off. Why would the owners not turn them on knowing they had guests? Busy maybe? Nope! They were down at the pool having a family or friend reunion the whole weekend. So, they took over the entire shaded pavilion and half the pool for their get together. I counted at least 20 of them. OK, fine...it's……

“Cute, cozy, and well decorated little cabins on a nice campground-style location. We really enjoyed our weekend here, and both Gretchen and Roger were warm, friendly, welcoming hosts. There is a chicken coop with about a dozen friendly, well-behaved hens that roam the property and love checking out the human visitors. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a lttle getaway near Greers Ferry Lake or a unique "off the beaten path" experience in central Arkansas.”

“The host and the property met all of our expectations. Super Excellent. We visited for vacation and to participate in a fishing tournament. The property is roomy and close to Greer's Ferry boat launches. Good parking and quiet road.”

“They have multiple units and the photos were accurate but there are other availability’s and variety if you ask. Exceptionally clean and smells good when you arrive! Nice little kitchen and the island is a good space for chopping. Laundry was a little loud but it came out clean so that’s fine. Huge backyard to watch the stars, and I found out it’s pet friendly too!”

“We loved the comfortable beds and bedding the best! The kitchen was well stocked for family meals with a variety of spices, oil, and pots/pans. A great family/kitchen living area to accommodate a large family if needed. A spacious backyard and quiet area. ”
