Beautiful property. Cabin is a bit dated but in great repair, very clean, and very cozy. I'm very happy with the rental. Loved the view and the water front area.
Rented the house for a weekend getaway for two. It was cleaned well and particularly well equipped with ample kitchen supplies, games and everything else we could need.
The neighborhood is very quiet and the property is stunning, wide lakefront views with the mountains in the distance. Availability of boats were a great bonus. Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!
Peaceful, Clean and Outstanding views... Would highly recommend and will be back!!

Liked: Location
Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in
.
inside was pretty nice but the driveway wasn’t plowed and there was a lot of snow to the point that no one could get in the house through the main door there was also no shovels to at least clean the entrance.

So calming
This house was so beautiful and comfy. It was calm and quiet and the view was just stunning. It feels like you’re located very far away however there are stores like 10 mins away which is so convenient. The lake is gorgeous especially in the morning. I would definitely book this again I truly enjoyed my stay.
We had a wonderful time at the lake house in Conway for Memorial Day Weekend. The view from the back deck was amazing and the property matched the view with so much waterfront on the lake. The house was very clean and had everything you need. Plus, it’s a perfect location accessible to everything the area offers. Overall, we had a great stay and will absolutely come again.

Stunningly beautiful and private lake view.
A well laid out, lovely Lake Home. Absolutely private and peaceful. Would be great for a couple or two, or for a family. Games could be played or movies watched downstairs, while others played games, watched tv or conversed on another level. Private tv’s in each room for relaxing after a day exploring the surrounding towns. Don’t miss the Cog railway to the top of Mount Washington (1 beautiful hours drive away). We would definitely book again!
Overall stay here was nice. House was clean. Visited in the winter wpuld be better in the summer to really enjoy the lake.

Great stay!
The layout of the house is a little odd but beautiful home and the location is amazing! They had everything there we needed for our visit and the home was very clean! The stairs going downstairs were a little hidden when we opened the door they were right there so be careful. But the stay was wonderful we didn’t want to leave.
We enjoyed our week at this house. The views of the pond and mountains were stunning with the fall colors! Overall the house was clean and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and close to North Conway and the Kancamagus Highway.

Nice stay
Cozy, clean inviting home. Loved the location, a little drive to the slopes and center of Conway for shopping. Perfect mini vacation with family to ring in the New Year! Favorite part was the view from the backyard, gorgeous mountains overlooking the icy pond, breathtaking! Actually saw some neighbors ice fishing!!
We enjoyed our time on the peaceful pond. Very quiet & private. The kids loved the kayaks. The house was neat and clean, kitchen is well stocked. Grocery shopping & outlets only 15 minutes away. Attractions are also near by. Overall we had a great stay! Would recommend for anybody needing to unwind!
Came for a long weekend in the the winter for fun winter activities. We really enjoyed the nice kitchen (could use a better quality cutting board), large dining room table, comfy chairs and couch with lots of cozy blankets, and most of all the spectacular view out over the lake! As other have said, the distribution of beds/rooms is a bit unusual, with only one queen bed in its own room, and the other queen in an open loft, and no bathroom on the main floor, but it still worked out great for our group. It was also nice to have the two living rooms, so our large family could spread out over two floors. They keyboard was a fun touch!

Pequawket Home
Great location, beautiful view.
If I may the thermostat should be placed on the bottom floor instead of couple of feet from the fireplace. When the set heat is satisfied, the thermostat stop pumping heat leaving the bottom floor very cold.
Lovely house. Very clean. It was not shoveled and they did not come to shovel. Lower level heat was connected to first floor heat so we had to crank heat up to 78 to make lower level warm
Groom to be and a few friends stayed. Loved the house location on the pond. Gorgeous view. We took advantage of kayaks & swimming. Very close to Downtown North Conway. Went there to eat every night then came back for relaxing & having a fire with the amazing view as a backdrop. Previous guest didnt lock bearproof trash barrel so we did have a small clean up issue the first morning but it didn’t ruin our trip or anything. Couldnt have been any happier with the house, amenities, & location. Thanks so much

Great Location
We loved the privacy and the views. It felt like you were so far away from everything but within 10 minutes of the outlet area. The layout of the home was strange. There's two closet sized rooms in the basement area with bunks. To go to one of the bedrooms upstairs you have to walk through the loft bedroom which can be awkward. There is no bathroom on the middle floor, only basement and top floor. Seems to be set up more for 2 couples and several kids or singles.
Great spot for a family or couples getaway in the Whites
We love, and spend a great deal of time in the Whites, and this was a great spot for a quick family getaway. It was easy to check in and out with a responsive property management company. Tons of board games for the little ones (TVs in every room if that’s your thing). We stayed in the winter and the home conveniently located near the slopes we wanted to hit with little ones, while also being close to North Conway.
For those with little kids sometimes a house with a lot of stairs can be unnerving with toddlers but these were fine. The house is 3 floors and the middle level is the “heart” with an open floor kitchen, dining and living room; the Bottom floor to mid floor had a door securing the stairs and the upper level had a baby gate properly attached to secure the stairs. Both sets of stair cases were a modern reasonable pitch with proper railings.
Overall a well taken care of home good for all ages and plenty of breakout space for games and socializing.
We enjoyed floating, swimming, kayaking, and relaxing outside so much that we didn't do any of the off-property hikes or exploring that we'd planned on. The house was exceptionally clean, and there was even a mason jar of tiny wildflowers on the table when we arrived!
We stayed for a week in early August, and all agreed we would rent again. However, after reading other reviews, we were surprised by the traffic noise and the noise from the public beach right next door. We enjoyed the pond immensely, we had just been expecting a much more quiet setting based on the reviews we read. The bedrooms (especially the bunkrooms) are very small, as is the dishwasher. Several reviews described the property as "rustic". There were a number of factors that made it feel very "campy" to us, but the a/c worked well and we had a wonderful time enjoying the pond and the park-like property.
We loved our weekend at this house! It was very clean and plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids (10 & 11). Views of the mountains and pequawket pond were gorgeous. The downstairs basement space was COLD despite having the heat on 70 (controlled from upstairs). So the 2 bedrooms in the basement and the living area with the tv weren’t where we spent much time (there is a wood stove in this basement space but it wasn’t working while we visited, guessing that would have made a huge difference). We used a space heater that was there to warm up the bathroom in the basement before showers (that was the bigger/nicer of the 2 bathrooms). Note - there isn’t a tv in the main living room upstairs where the fireplace is. We didn’t mind, we enjoyed fires and played games and cards at the dining table. Loved the open kitchen/dining/living room area. Close to n Conway for shopping and restaurants (about 15 mins).
