The room and hotel are immaculate and very luxurious. The Sunday dinner was wonderful as was the breakfast. Very high quality ingredients. The staff were very attentive. A very relaxing stay. 「An excellent two night stay at a location we hadn't visited for some years. Our dog-friendly room was really clean . Evening meals were good. Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks. We will be back to both establishments in the next few months」

「This was our second visit. That should tell you something. We again liked the inn with good variety of of breakfast options, room was spacious, plenty of free parking. It was convenient for the attractions we wanted to visit. Dinner, optional extra, is available and very good quality. We would like to visit again. 」

「Everything was excellent! All of the staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and attentive. We used the bar, restaurant, reception, and spa. We stayed in two rooms both were very nice rooms and very clean and comfortable. The bar was very cosy with a fabulous log fire and the service was excellent. The food was very good in the bar and the restaurant. The pool and facilities were very clean and warm. All in all a wonderful stay. Will definitely recommend and return. 」

「A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.」
