Great Location

Excellent stay. The directions on where to park with a camper van and how to check-in could have been much better. It was late at night and we didn't have the code to access the lock box until after the fact. The entire process was unnecessarily confusing. Everything else including the suite, price and location were excellent.

Great location. Needs some TLC.

The location of this property is hard to beat. Having the ski lockers downstairs was a lifesaver! It was so nice being able to just go downstairs, grab our stuff and walk a few steps to get on the lift. The village is adorable and the pizza place right across the street was great.On the description of the property, it says there is a washer and dryer, but there is not. It is a few floors up and is communal. The comforter in the kids bunk room was ripped in half and very thin. There were a few extra blankets in the closets, but they looked like they were all heated blankets with no plugs and they were very itchy. Some new bedspread would go a long way. Also the cover to the oven was off and it just looked like no one cared enough to fix it. None of the lamps wanted to stay in the plugs. I think they are loose and need to be fixed. You are basically paying for the location. We would return but would prefer a more updated condo.

Great location

Booked to stay near friends. The condo is located right next to lifts so a big win! The condo itself needs updating, more lighting and new appliances. Had to check to make sure fridge stayed closed, oven front door was broken out glass so we were afraid to use. Contacted Vacasa to make them aware it was broken upon our arrival and no one addressed Beds were comfortable and definitely would stay again for the location

Clean & Great Location

Very clean 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo - Great location - on 4th floor above Halo Coffee and by American Eagle Lift - in middle of Center Village. Bunk beds had trundle bed in the 2nd room. Gas fireplace. Comfy couch. Balcony overlooks village area. Great ski locker access on 1st floor. Large shard outdoor Hot tub. Humidifier in closet was a great bonus!! Received text from property mgr to solve WiFi problem. 2 Adults / 2 Kids (6 & 10). We would stay here again.

Great location, poor communication, and poor customer service

This was a great location, standard two bedroom condo at the base of the hill, 100 feet from the main lifts when you walk out the door. Great hot tub. Main issue was poor communication from the hosts and the rental agency. We were given four keys to the room, key cards, for six people. Only one worked properly. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hosts And the rental agency, multiple texts, multiple phone calls, there was no response throughout the entire stay. We were ompletely ignored. This may sound trivial, but it is a big issue. If this last card has stopped working, we had no access to the building, no access to our room, and no access to the ski locker.

Weekend getaway to Copper Mountain

The copper One property is a GREAT location, steps away from the American eagle lift in center village (which is the bustle of the resort with shops and restaurants). 1st floor ski lockers make storage convenient. Underground parking is spacious as well. The units are dated but look and feel like a ski condo and serve the purpose well to make a quick meal and a place to rest at night. Our unit, 407, was a corner unit on the main promenade side of the building. The only complaint is that noise travels easily in this space, so with the restaurant crowd in the evenings or when the bars empty at 0200, the loud voices can carry easily. A little white noise if you are a light sleeper goes a long way to counter this commotion.

Ski vacation

The condo was laid out well and in a perfect location, close to everything in center village! It did however miss the mark on a few things you would expect in a condo at this price point. (ie: burnt out light bulbs, tv not working in bedroom, no Kleenex, could use baking dishes, crockpot and some type of storage containers for leftovers). Overall, great condo and experience!!

Perfect Location

Right in the middle of the center village in Copper. Great location. The TV's are quite difficult to figure out and the windows wouldn't close, but the fireplace, all appliances, and cleanliness were great.

Amazing location, Clean and Cozy

The building location couldn't be better with extreme convenient parking. The condo was great, a little worn but still nice. The luxury of the first floor ski locker was great. My only complaint was the check in process. Having to pick up the keys at a completely different building is not convenient. We came in late and it was snowing so it was hard to find the Vacasa office to get the key. The Vacasa sign does not have a light on it at night. Putting a spot light over the sign, would make it a lot easier to find the office. In addition the shuttle to the extra parking lot had stopped running early evening as it was late season.

The best location!

You can't get much closer to the lifts and restaurants at Copper Mountain than Copper One Lodge. Covered garage parking and free ski lockers on first floor. Cozy sofa and fireplace. Balcony overlooking center village. Beds and pillows as comfy as home. Roomy and clean. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Close to Slopes

We had a great stay! It is located Right in Village Center so location is ideal. Condo had everything we needed and was clean and well furnished. Finding check-in key and garage was difficult. Providing name of the building and directions to the garage would be helpful for future reference.

Terrible Stay

Property was not very clean - e.g. stuff dripping on walls behind couch and dishes in cabinets were dirty. Particle board used for the trundle under the bunks was in pieces when we arrived and disintegrated under our 12 year old when used. Biggest issue is no AC so you must leave windows open at night for fresh air. That’s fine except for fact the windows all face the courtyard below and you can hear every sound and every word spoken below as it echoes between buildings until all commotion ends at 2 or 3am. Rock concert on the property the night before race I was staying to compete in was due to end at 8pm (scheduled after I made reservations) but pounded on until between 9 and 10pm with nobody there to rein it in (so loud in unit you could not hear the TV with the windows closed). Advertises washer and dryer in unit but they are not there - in building there is a coin op. Probably fine in winter but not a good summer stay if you wish to get a clean place and good night’s sleep. Maybe with AC and better cleaning and improved property management this place could work. After many wonderful VRBO experiences this was a terrible stay.

Location is great

The location of Copper One is great! However, the situation with having to pick the key up in Frisco is enough that we will not stay in this unit again. Not only is it a pain to drive back to Frisco (we were able to get a few runs in on our first day) but the code that they gave didn’t work. There is no one in the building to help you so you have to call Vacasa. When I called, I was 9th in line.....and then it dropped my call. After about 30 minutes, we were given a second code which fortunately did work. Just a major headache after a long day of travel! The unit is clean and well equipped. The trundle under the bunk bed is horrible though so I would say 7 is the maximum amount of people that can comfortably stay in this condo. The shared hot tub is nice but note that the laundry is shared as well and be sure to bring quarters and laundry detergent.
