“Check in disaster and consistent failure to meet standards. Arrived late and could not locate room. Numbering system had no logic and our room which resembled a store room from outside poorly lit (broken light) It took us 45 minutes to locate room. All this in a thunder storm. We were fearful we were stranded without a room at midnight. A "night worker" passing was able to use her experience of the area to kindly help. “I planned a last minute stay cation with my husband. We had an amazing time. We're from the area so we were local to everything. Everything is 10 mins away. Stepping into this room was like no other. We had a full on apartment. His and hers sinks. An open kitchen and large living room area. It almost felt like we were at home.
