「The place was clean, was as noted in the pictures, walkable distance to city center, shops and grocery stores. There was soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent for use. There were also coffee pods with sugar and some spices in the kitchen. The only thing is that the bed sheet was actually a mattress spring box cover instead of a bed sheet. May be this was an oversight, but otherwise all was ok.」

「Property was in a great location for the area. However, it was not well kept (neither was it recently renovated), it was untidy when we arrived (including damp towels on the radiators) and not as clean as we would have expected. The bathroom was very dark (black tiles) and contained no soap other than a half used cake (all the liquid soap dispensers were empty). Sheets were well worn and, we suspect, had been poorly washed and aired before we arrived - as a result, we went out and purchased new...

Ian and Sara were amazing hosts - set me up for success at the start of my trip and provided me with some great recommendations - what I also really appreciate was how personable and approachable they were. Would love to stay again next time I'm in Kinsale - waking distance from the main town and just down the hill from a pub if you wanted grab a good meal / drinks.」
