「The hotel itself is charming and historically relevant. The desk staff were very welcoming and helpful with several requests - ordering a taxi, food delivery, private lounge access while waiting to check in. The included continental and sit-down hot breakfast service were a very nice addition. Restaurant staff were lovely. Regulating room temperatures took some experimenting, but that’s to be expected with an older building. Comfortable beds and updated bathrooms were appreciated, too.
