“Property was beautiful however rooms outdated. Beds were not comfortable at all. Pool was nice. Access to beach was great and a shower to wash off sand was available. They have a bar as well.”

“The problem with this property, sadly, is out of their control. Loud music from a nearby business plays from 9:30pm to 5/6am, except Sunday. Even earplugs weren’t sufficient. This alone will stop us from staying at this hotel again. Which is a real shame, as it’s a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially housekeeping and the restaurant workers. The first day they had no ice, every day after that they made sure they had ice before we left for the day. The……

“The property is simple great! The rooms all have balconies and very clean. The beautiful crystal clear warm ocean, white sand, delicious food, wonderful staff that always there to help with anything you need, the natural vibe of the place AND the sunset OMG - I loved it! Small, calm resort - I’ve been to several all-inclusive resorts on the island, I definitely prefer Cocolapalm. Already planning my next trip there.”

“I’ve been here several times before. Once during a hurricane! I LOVE IT! The way they were during the hurricane was amazing. They were helpful and the owner came back to make sure that we had everything we needed to hunker down. Every time I come here it feels like a sense of COMMUNITY. I love this place. “My stay at RIU Montego Bay was a mix of positives and disappointments. My biggest issue was that the resort overpromised and underdelivered when it came to check-in. We were told our room would be ready at a certain time, but it wasn’t. I went to check on it once, and later my wife went back to ask again. That’s when we found out the room we had been waiting for wasn’t even going to be used that night for some reason. No one ever communicated this to us, which made the wait even more……
