Heated Pool is included in the advertised rental rate May 9, 2026- June 5, 2026 and August 29, 2026-October 9, 2026. Additional $500 to heat the pool from June 6, 2025 -August 28, 2025. Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Beach Cabana Service: 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas will be set up Sunday-Friday at this homes private beach access. Look for your beach set up, weather permitting, from 10 am-5 pm, Sunday-Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.
