This home is designed for total vacation enjoyment complete with great ocean views and magnificent sunsets overlooking the backyard pond. Enjoy beautiful and well stocked kitchen as well as the family friendly recreation room. This home is equipped for complete comfort and fun!

Ground Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms both with smart TVs and private bathrooms. Spacious Recroom with flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD, pool table, kitchenette with full sized fridge, beverage fridge, dishwasher and microwave, half bath and access to the private pool. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: 3 King Master Bedrooms all with smart TVs and private bathrooms and a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, 2 Trundles, and TV/DVD that shares a hall bath with a Bedroom with 2 Singles, Trundle, and TV/DVD. All bedrooms on this level have deck access.

Top Level: Great room with flat screen smart TV, Blu-Ray DVD, furniture and game table seating 6, kitchen with counter seating for 5 and double dishwashers, dining room seating 10, breakfast nook seating 4, Ships Watch, half bath and a covered porch with picnic table for outside dining. King Master Bedroom with smart TV, newly remodeled private bathroom and deck access.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Group Vacation

We were a group of 18 ranging from ages 2-40. For us, this house has a great location! The beach access was a very short walk from the house which is great when you're lugging a bunch of stuff and a two year old. The set up worked out great for our large group. The kids slept on the second floor which left the rec room and pool area open to enjoy after the kids when to bed. The kitchen was well appointed and spacious. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back next year!
