Mid Level: Offers a Queen Bedroom with TV/DVD and deck access that shares a bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles and a Queen Bedroom with TV and deck access that shares a bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles and deck access.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/DVD, stereo, wood fireplace and deck access, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3 and dining area seating 13 with access to the screened porch with picnic table and partial ocean views. Queen Bedroom with TV, stereo, deck access and semi-private bathroom (shared with living areas) with a whirlpool tub. Stairs to a bonus loft/den room with 2 Built -in Single Beds, TV/DVD, ocean views and wet bar with sink and beverage fridge.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Great family house

We vacationed with our college-aged children and we just loved the house. We had a cold and rainy week so we were not able to use the pool, but we did enjoy the the hot tub! The walk to the beach is a short walk; beach was not crowded either which we prefer. We loved being close to groceries and shopping. The kitchen is very well stocked and the TV options were plentiful; internet connection was great!
