Amazing Corolla

The nicest beach house we’ve stayed in, for over 25+ years. Beautiful house in impeccable condition, in a peaceful neighborhood without sacrificing convenience. All ages loved it and were disappointed to leave. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Beautiful Home, Close to Beach Walkway, Volleyball Court, 5 min to Currituck Light House

I took my AP Biology class (11 teenagers) and 6 adults for an Ecology Trip. The house was absolutely perfect!!!!! We had very close public access to the beach. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub and had the best time on the volleyball court which was a unique amenity among beach homes. Wonderful to have private bath rooms for everyone. Very affordable price for the space and amenities that are included. Beautiful and impressive home!! Home Owner (Tom) is wonderful to work with. We were very grateful for the certificates for fresh bagels and donuts!!!!

OK house but many problems

With 8 bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom, it would have been great if one of them had a step in shower. It smelled like mold on the lower level and the pictures in that room had mold on them. My Great Grandson ended up with an infected eye from the mold. That didn't show up until our second to last day so we didn't contact anyone. If changed from VRBO to a beach house and there wasn't even salt and pepper in the house. Nothing at all. Everything had to be brought and carried up many, many, many stairs. I expected VRBO standards and didn't realize that Beach standards were applied. My don-in-law with heart issues struggled with all the stairs as I did, too. I would NOT go back to that house.

Excellent Accommodations

Plenty of room, clean house, pool and hot tub. We greatly enjoyed our time at this property. Only downside was the dryer stopped working and was not repaired before we left.

We were here for our Son’s Wedding!

We truly enjoyed the house! There was everything in the kitchen that we needed. We had a lot of fun playing pool. Their customer service was excellent. They answered all of my questions promptly. Thank you for giving all of us a fantastic place to stay!

Outer Banks Adventure

We have used VRBO for family vacations for 6 vacations. We had a fantastic time at Bikini Bottom. 8 Adults, 4 Children (7 to 3). House was plenty big and very well maintained. Amenities were great. Everyone loved the private pool and the closeness to the beach. The beach access walkways were great. Kitchen and deck space were perfect. The outdoor volleyball net came in handy for badminton. Plenty of things for the kids to do including a whole cabinet of games. In terms of the area, Corolla was perfect. The house is very close to local grocery stores, mini golf, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed dinner at the Oceanfront Grille and Big Buck's Homemade Ice Cream Shop won the award for best ice cream parlor of the week! Tom (owner) and the local realty company were always helpful and quick with replies. First time in 6 VRBO rentals in which the owner left us gift cerftificates for the local bagel shop, fresh made donuts shop and fresh coffee beans. 5 star vacation and would definitely recommend to others and plan a return visit!
