Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport, outside shower, charcoal grill, 2 picnic tables, large deck area and a walkway from the house to the community walkway for easy beach access. Inside you'll find a Den with flat-screen TV/DVD, Queen Sleep Sofa, pub table seating 2, patio deck access, full size refrigerator and a small ice chest / freezer (large enough for a few bags of ice). Full hall bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer.
Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private deck access, Queen Master Bedroom, Bedroom with 2 Singles and deck access that shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets plus deck access. The hot tub sits on this large mid level deck.
Top Level: Great room with a flat-screen TV/ Blu-Ray DVD, sound bar and deck access. Well equipped kitchen with counter seating for 2, dining area seating 12 with access to a covered deck with a picnic table and grill and a half bath.
