We really love this house. It's spacious and has everything we need for our big family. Access to the beach is perfect and a short walk away, which makes it easy to go back and forth multiple times across the day. We feel very relaxed here and have rented this residence two years consecutively now. We would like to return in 2025. Highly recommend Sweet Spot for big families with kids and dogs (only two permitted). Thank you!

The property was as advertised which is to say it was comfortable--with so many nice touches. You're just about on the beach--one house off and still have a view of the ocean. The furnishings are great and fun as is the general OBX decor. I think we enjoyed everything... nine adults in all--never cramped. The large dinning room table made for some festive meals, as did the outside table, where we could also fit all nine of us. Grill location was great. The kitchen and grill tools were plentiful. Deck chairs to take in the views in the morning or night--terrific. The 2nd floor double swing chair with a place for your drink--another nice touch where one could hang. Loved the fake grass around the pool--and the pool was a wonderful to bring the sun part of the day to an end. Furniture outside thoughtful too! Loved the outside shower. Independent Ice maker and lower level frig added much convenience. Yes, these owners care and it shows. Also noted Vacasa did a nice job, jumping on a few requests we had. Indeed, it was a joyful week for all and our location helped make it so. Thanks! PDS

House clean and roomy for a larger group. Perfect top floor for sunrise/sunset views. Large and well-equipped kitchen for preparing food and dining. Our littlest guest loved the window seat play area above the kitchen. Definitely a perfect spot across from beach access. Beautiful beach.

There have been numerous updates made to this home over the past year, the floors, pool, paint, all refreshed. You can tell the family built this home to live in. It's beautiful and taken care of. The bedroom setup works perfectly for our family and there is plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. We've stayed twice thus far and plan to continue to stay in this home. It's just lovely.

This house is perfectly sized and incredibly well stocked. It was exactly what our group of students needed! It was really clean (but for some random weirdness like a found sock and a missing pillow case and blanket which is honestly to be expected), and the pool and the hot tub were well cared for. For the price, location to beach, cleanliness, stockedness and responsiveness of the owners/managers, this house can NOT be beat. Thank you so much!

This was our first time staying in Corolla and we really loved the neighborhood being right between Duck and Corolla so a short trip to either place. The layout of the house was perfect for my family and I loved that the porches were all enclosed around the house. It was a very short walk across the street to the ocean being the second row back and it didn't feel crowded by the other houses. The pool area could use some updated landscaping and furniture but other than that this house was perfect and I would definitely come back again.

Our trip was a good one even though the weather wasn’t great. The house was sized perfectly for our group of 16 and the location is great! The cleanliness was not 100% but not awful, the kitchen was very well stocked. The outside of the home needs a little work. Very disappointed in Vacasa the rental company. We arrived to the house early and the cleaning crew was leaving so the house was ready and I called to see if we could get in a bit early and they said no. The weather was god awful with flooding everywhere and we had no where else to go, but they said no. Because all the storms the pool was filthy and I called on Wednesday to see if someone could come clean the pool, Vacasa told me yhe property manager would contact me, but that did didn’t happen, nor did the pool get clean. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend the house but a little disappointed in the rental company/manager.

While this is beautiful home, they really need to improve in the cleaning of the home. The bathrooms showers were dirty with mildew and dirty grouts. I purchased cleaning products and scrubbed it. In this type of home we lile to enjoy the outside amenities, however there were Spiders and spider web on outdoor furniture, doors and windows. These were not overnight spider's web, these were definitely there for a while. Home needs serious power wash. Some of the pool furniture were rusted, broken and stained. Beach chairs dirty, stained and broken piled up on side of the home. We requested for someone to come clean the debris off the pool area and decks and they sent someone with blower. We took lots of pictures of these too bad it don't allow to post pictures.

As the title states, the location can only be beat by being directly on the beach (which cost a lot more money). Beach access #8 was only steps away from the house and had minimum steps so it works out great hauling of the beach gear. The house layout itself is just like the pictures show but the owners need to put some money back into the property. Rust and mold everywhere along with no landscaping makes this property one of the worst looking in Pine Island. With a little bit of work and money invested back into it this property would be great.

We have stayed in Pine Island several times and love the neighborhood and location. "Sweet Spot" had great accessibility to the ocean and was large enough to adequately accommodate our family of 10 with 2 small dogs. The kids loved the pool table and foosball table on the rainy days. However, the condition of the house left much to be desired. It was hard to believe that it had been cleaned prior to our arrival. I rechecked the cleaning procedures that were on website and the condition of this house did not meet the standards indicated. There were problems with some of the appliances as well. We will return to Pine Island for future vacations, but not Sweet Spot.

This house was beautiful, large, and right across the street from the beach. It was the ideal location to relax and be with those you bring. Our stay consisted of the beach in the mornings and the hot tub in the evenings, highly recommend.

The house was laid out perfectly for what we needed. A couple of things that would have helped our stay. The outside of the house is extremely dirty with multiple spider webs and junk on windows inside and out. Dead bugs on window sills so we couldn’t open the windows. All chairs outside were extremely dirty with many dead bugs on them. The pool deck was the worst. One of our beds did not have linens, so the first night we had no sheets for that bed and could not find extras anywhere. We left toilet paper as we hoped it would be there for the people behind us. 4 of our bathrooms had 1 roll and the other two had none. We would rent this house again, but will definitely ask if the windows and outside are clean.

We were thrilled to bring our dogs with us. House was set up well for a large group. Kitchen was bigger than we have had in the past. AC worked really well on all floors. Pool was private and a good size. The pool, though, not clean when we arrived. Other than that a good house to stay in The beach access was great.

The location was fantastic. Short walk to beach and short bike ride to pools. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked! Windows and other parts of the house were quite dirty. Pool deck had leaves accumulated. Too many bunk beds- needs another queen room instead.
