GREAT VACATION

Nice rental house with lots of room for everyone. Beautiful views of the sunset. had a great time cant wait untill the next one.

Overall it was ok

Great location. Property needs some TLC. TV set up in the main living room and theater rooms were overly complicated and took hours to figure out. Kitchen faucet was broken upon check in and no one answered the after hours call number. Can’t check-in to the property until 4pm and the office closes at 5pm. Really tough to time that with the Outer Banks traffic. Air conditioning in this house was awful. Couldn’t get the upstairs lower than 80 degrees durning the day. House has a nice layout and great view of the sound. Could be cleaner and the beds need new mattresses. Wouldn’t stay here again.
