Gorgeous Soundfront home located on a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the Soundside and Oceanfront amenities of Corolla Light. Nature trails outside the home lead you to the Whalehead Club and Currituck Beach Lighthouse or to the Soundfront community pool and indoor sports center. Take in the beautiful sunsets of the Outer Banks from every level of Bay Breeze! Trolley service to the beach provided during summer season (5 minute trolley ride).

Ground Level: Carport entry, Recroom with a pool table, TV, stereo with CD/cassette and turntable with outdoor speakers and a wet bar with a mini fridge. Bedroom with 2 Double Beds and a full hall bath with laundry area. Outside you'll find the private pool and hot tub.

Mid Level: Features a King Master Bedroom with deck access and sound views, family room with TV/DVD, deck access and sound views, Queen Master Bedroom with deck access and stereo/CD/Cassette and a Master Bedroom with 2 Singles, deck access and TV.

Top Level: Half bath between mid and top level. Large King Master Bedroom with a soaking bathtub, TV, deck access and sound views, great room with sound views, TV/DVD, gas fireplace, video/book collection and a stereo with CD, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar seating 4 and dining room seating 8.

Extras: Private Pool (13 x 30), Hot Tub, 5 TVs, gas fireplace (available November 1 - April 30), pool table, 2 Stereos with CD, gas grill, charcoal grill, deck furniture, picnic table, free high speed internet, community water and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 12 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). This home charges a $350.00 Security Deposit, refundable pending no damage.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Pictures are out of date and terrible pest problem

While 519 Bay Breeze was located in a beautiful location right on the sound, the property itself was run down and had a terrible pest problem, both inside and outside the property. The outdoor furniture was run down and cockroaches on the decks (especially at night) made us not want to spend anytime outside.
