Great stay with family and friends

We had 4 adults and 4 kids and our dog. The property was honestly perfect for us. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds which gave them plenty of room. The beds were extremely comfortable and we loved the balconies. Really could not think of anything we needed that the house didn’t have. Highly recommend!

Awesome Stay

Everything was amazing about the property. Clean, beds were super comfortable, plenty of space for our family of 7. Only downside was that it’s right next to the road which can get a bit loud at night. Other than that, we’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Property was okay. My biggest dislike was the pool area! When you know that several people are staying there should me someone cleaning the pool and it’s garbage around it. 24 hours. One good thing I called and they did shock the pool but still not really clean around the pool. Not sure I’d stay here again.

Took our 5 grandkids with us …had a great time .. not sure why but I thought the house had 3 full bathrooms … 2 full and one half bathroom… very nice house … stove top needs some new burners … they weren’t consistent and went hot to cold …also found out the top bunks where not made up , just sheets setting on top of bed … the help should have made the top bunks up with sheets … over all a good experience.

Excellent place for large family gathering.

We really loved this Town house for our large family. We had to be moved due to ac issues. However, the management company was extremely helpful and moved us to a Comprable unit in the same complex. Life happens! We did miss the ping pong table this unit had :) over all great experience. The pool was heated and enjoyable even after the front hit and the temps were in the 50s. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights over thanksgiving break. Rented golf carts added to the fun. Skate park and pottery painting were favorites of the group as well!

Port "A" stands for AWESOME beach house

This place is as close to accurate as described in it's post and pictures. It really has everything a family needs (8 adults, plus 1 grandbaby) and it's a short walk to the public beach. We rented a 6 person golf cart, which came in handy to drive to restaurants and bars. We did have some technology issues with the a/c the first couple of days (occupied vs unoccupied). Nonetheless, the issue was resolved with good communication from the owner and his team. The rain spoiled our beach plans a few days, so the ping pong/dinner table along with a variety of board games were a great addition. Overall, I give it a 5 stars in all the areas as we will rent this property again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home! This home is fully stocked and furnished very comfortable! The beds are so comfortable. The condo has everything you will need. Beachside has the best pool in Port Aransas. The children love the slide. We have stayed in Beachside several times and will be back.The only thing missing was a kitchen strainer for draining spaghetti. The floors were very dirty. Our stay was pleasurable and fun! We anticipated being on the beach our entire stay however, the weather had different plans. It was high 50’s to low 60’s with high winds, which left us to enjoy the ping pong table! 😊 We tried the heated pool but it was way too cold! We felt warmer outside of the pool than inside. Only negative we’d say about our stay is that the unit was very hot! There were 5 adults staying in the unit and we respected what was directed in that we should not drop the AC below 74. But we were burning up. Thankfully it was cold enough outside to open the windows and get some air flow. Other than that, the unit was very clean and was joyful to look at.

just what we needed

The property worked out great .It was my sond birthday trip.He turned 16 and had 3 of his friends come with us .and my12 year old had his friend as well .The pool was great for all of them and of course the beach .the beach was a short drive but would be a long walk so we purchased a parking pass at the local IGA($12) The only issue we had was ants in the kitchen .we notified the property manager and the sent someone over that day.it slowed them down but they were still there the next day we had to throw out some food that was infested but let them know so I hope they took care of it after we left . So with the exception of the tiny ants it was a great place plenty of room for everyone.The kids were all downstairs and My wife and I were upstairs so we had our quite space as well.
