Best vacation ever!

The house was just as advertised. The whole family loved it and we had a great time. Charles was a great host and went above and beyond to make sure our family was satisfied and enjoying our vacation. Concierge service was top notch. We will be back!

Family Vacation on the Coast

Our family trip to Rockport was a success! The house had everything we needed, and the pool was a big hit. Lots of room for everyone to sleep and relax, and having a kitchen downstairs was super helpful. The submerged fishing light wasn’t working, which was a bit disappointing, but everyone enjoyed themselves regardless. Overall it was a great weekend!

Beautiful home!

The 2 story home is decorated beautifully and very functional. Having a kitchen on both levels was nice. The pool is very nice. We enjoyed cooking on the outdoor grill and had s’mores around the fire pit. Great place to relax and only a short distance to the beach and other fun activities. Also appreciated the lift and washer/dryer. It was a real treat to stay here! The only negatives were the ants mostly on the lower level and in garage.

Coastal Escape

Overall our trip was great. The place was nice and the linens were clean, but housekeeping needed to wipe things down more. There was not much toilet paper, no paper towels, an empty hand soap in the bathroom, an empty dish soap, and 2 trash bags. At this price I feel like those things should be there and it be more thoroughly cleaned. On the positive side the decorations were cute. There was plenty of silverware and cups. The pool was nice and has a chiller. The property also has a lift so you don’t have to lug your luggage up the stairs. That was great.

Absolutely amazing!!

We had two families with teenaged kids from the snowy north getting together for spring break and we couldn’t possibly have asked for a better place! The location was perfect. Close enough to everything we needed. Lots of space indoor and out to keep everyone entertained. The pool was perfect. Beyond any expectation. And the fishing pier was fun for the kids. Waking up in the mornings with our coffee on the balcony watching the birds fish in the dawn light was a perfect way to start each day. The house is in immaculate condition and has everything you could possibly need. The beds were in phenomenally comfortable and everyone crashed very hard every night. The hosts and cleaning crew were extremely friendly and available at a moments notice if we needed anything or had any questions. Seriously, this place is perfect in every way and we will be staying here again.

Great Property!

This property was amazing! Fully stocked and great amenities! The kids absolutely loved fishing and swimming. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time. The only note that I would add for someone booking with younger kids is that while it’s technically a 3 bedroom, one of the bedrooms is in a downstairs apartment with a separate key that cannot be accessed from the rest of the rental. It’s only accessible from outside and it’s downstairs with the main space upstairs. They do indicate that there is an apartment-style space in the listing, but I didn’t realize it was fully separate. It worked out fine bc our oldest is 16 and was able to use the space, but wanted to make it clear for families considering booking with littles. There are also no safety features to prevent drowning. Typically there is a lock at the very top of the door or a chime when a door out to the pool area is opened but this property doesn’t have that. Again, it was fine for us bc our kids are old enough to be safe, but if I had a toddler/preschooler/young child, I would have been a nervous wreck! Again, great place and highly recommend but wanted to note those things for younger families.
