Fun in Port A

Property was not a disappointment. We loved the house. The spacious master and separated 2nd and 3rd bedrooms worked perfect for our family. The turf in the yard was an added plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Great experience!

I have rented places at the Texas coast for 40 years and this is one of the best places I have ever rented. The house layout was perfect for our family, the Decor was classy and beachy; extremely clean, everything we needed was provided, the kitchen was equipped with high-end pots pans, dishware, flatware, etc. I would highly recommend this place. additionally, the rental company, New Wave, was very responsive and kind and helpful. Very refreshing!

We are always extra respectful of the homes we rent and are disappointed at the grab for extra cash from our stay.

Great place and location

House was wonderful and really well styled. Love the overall layout - we had 3 generations in the house and there was enough room for us all to spread out. Location is great; close to the pool for the kids and easy access to the beach.

Great Location!

Great location! House had everything that you needed. Loved the breezeway spilt between bedroom areas. Pool next door was not too loud, hours were enforced snd quiet time observed. Beautiful decorations snd very comfortable beds.

Nice layout

Two of the rooms are completely separated from the third room. This allowed the children to stay separated from the main part of the house so they slept better. Location was also super convenient.

Summer getaway

The perfect home for active families. Close to the beach and restaurants. Floor plan is ideal for 2 families with two separate masters. Living area is large and comfortable for gathering inside to play games or watch TV. The outdoor has an upstairs living space for lounging and another area downstairs. The photos do not do this place justice.

Awesome Family Vacay

This home was fantastic and would easily fit two families of four. This time it was just my squad of four. The space itself was better than advertised and it was great being right next to the pool. Access to the garage was great and it just seemed like everything was well thought out. From hoses to rinse off to the Roku TVs and big table for family game night. The New Wave Vacation company that manages it made everything so easy. They had the place cooled off and the ice maker was full. It could not have been a better experience. Highly recommend staying at the sweet and salty.

Great Amenities, 5 Star Kitchen

The kitchen was stocked with quality cookware, gadgets. It was great for gourmet cooking! Location was great. Parking was a bit tight. I would also suggest checking to make sure you don't forget anything. Our group accidently left very expensive styling items (totally our fault) . One item was returned but the more expensive dyson airwrap styler item was not found.

Amazing Family Friendly Retreat

It was absolutely amazing from the decor, to the cleanliness, to the ease of checkin and check out. We loved our stay and are already planning a trip to return to the same house. Loved how kid friendly the house was…it had a baby gate and a pack and play and even kid friendly dishes. The roku tvs were a nice touch. The barbecue pit does the job for burgers and hot dogs. We were so comfortable the whole entire stay. Completely not a negative at all but if you have a big group just remember to bring extra dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. You do get starter stuff but not enough for the weekend but we came prepared. Highly recommend!

The inside is decorated so cute, the kitchen was well stocked, and the house just had everything we needed. From games, to books, to the welcome bucket- they thought of everything! The outside space was wonderful, especially loved the breezeway between the garage and house. It was a great place to unwind and rinse off after the beach. We had a wonderful vacation, made even better by this beautiful and comfortable house. We will be back!!
