Reviewer Comments: We were not sure that the high cost was going to be worth the experience since we have been going to Port Aransas for quite a long time and used to have July 4th at Port Royal over 20 years ago. Even though it was quite crowded as you might expect we had a wonderful experience and the staff is extremely helpful and professional. Absolutely a top level experience and a lot of fun for my entire family of 14! We already reserved for next year!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay in this house. The house was in a great location, and it was clean. However, there were a few things that we found to be a negative. The breaker tripped while cooking breakfast. It took two hours for maintenance to come and flip a switch because the breaker box is locked away. This happened to us during both stays. The mosquitoes were overwhelming! We noticed many that apparently had been smashed against walls and windows by previous guests. We could not use the outdoor space of our home because the mosquitoes were SO bad. Also, we killed 2-3 roaches every day during our stay. As much as we like this house and community, I’m not sure if we’ll stay here again.

The house had all the supplies and amenities we needed. We enjoyed the beach and the pools. Kiera pool had a great setup with food and drink service available at your table or canopy, and was our favorite meeting area. The house kitchen is well equipped and we also cooked several of our dinners there. For supplies we used the HEB in Flour Bluff or the IGA in Port Aransas.

Kristina Brackett in the office went above and beyond to ensure my large group was taken care of throughout our stay and stayed on top of all our bookings, which included 5 houses, 2 golf carts, lunches, dinners, and beach bonfires and activities. Kristina was so responsive and made the entire process so seamless and perfect for my group!! We were SO impressed with her and the houses were gorgeous, clean, and beyond accommodating.
