We have stayed at several locations and this by far has been the best experience yet. Very well kept! Home was nice and the pool was literally right infront of the house. I would def book again.

Perfect for Sandfest

6 adults stayed over the Sandfest holiday in April and we definitely enjoyed our stay. The pool literally right outside the front door was an awesome luxury, the big comfy couch was perfect for cozy evenings after spending all day at the beach. The beds were comfy, great sheets, overall a great stay.

We had a wonderful time! The house was great and very clean! It also had everything that we needed! I do wish we would have had a more private pool, but it worked out good! We would definitely stay here again!

Spring get away

The kids loves the heated pool it was right outside our doors. The beach was just a few minutes away. We rented a golf cart had three parking spots. The place was warm and inviting, beds were soft and comfy. Will definitely stay again if available for our future trips.

Girls beach trip

My friends and I had a blast! There was 7 of us and we all fit and were very comfortable! Plenary of space! The decor was amazing and homey. Will definitely be staying here again!

Nice place

We e joyed our stay overall. If you have little ones and plan on walking to the beach with tents, toys and an ice chest it’s a little tough. Rent a golf cart or drive to the beach.

Crew Winter Meet Up

Friends meeting up during January to escape winter and enjoy some better weather, water, food, card games and lots of laughs!! It was wonderful to de-stress. We had everything we needed. The space is amazing!!

Clean, Convenient and FUN...

Great property. Fantastic location. Phenomenal set up. Close to the beach, food, gas.....anything you want is a stone's throw away. The property itself was clean and very well done up. There were extra pool toys so the kids were occupied and had a great time in the heated pool at night. Will be back there. Highly recommended for stay.

Tasteful condo near the beach

The property was pretty much as expected (as reviewed by others and described by owners). It’s a large unit and great for our purpose. Husband and I stayed upstairs, older aunt down. Two others camped on the beach. Kitchen, living room, pool area was very comfortable to eat and retreat to from the sun and wind. We stayed sun-wed and the property seemed empty.

Amazing

House was great. I had thought there was a private pool, but after we got checked in noticed it shared with the other 2 that shared the patio. Neighbors with kids walked in didn’t know that it shared with another that didn’t share the patio. That was our only complaint. People of Port A are absolutely the best.

Spring Break Stay

If you misread the amenities listed like I did, you should know the small pool is SHARED with 3 other units. Its heated, which was nice, but we had issues with noisy teenagers in the pool area, some of them jumping off the neighboring units' roof into a 5' pool. The unit itself was nice and comfortable. 3 br, 3bath. Small kitchen...more than 2 and its crowded. Baking pans were awfully rusted and need replacing. Neighbors took our outdoor chairs, and our bbq pit was too dirty to use. The communication with the unit manager was spot on though. They were Very responsive, which is the reason why I'm giving this a 5-star and not a 4.

Lovely home, close to everything worthwhile

We truly enjoyed our vacation at this location. The style was wonderful, sharers private pool relaxing, and distance to local businesses short. It’s about a mile walk to the beach, which in June was not realistic, so we rented a golf cart and enjoyed a nice ~5 min drive over to the closest spot every day. Everything in Port A is at most a 10 min drive, most things closer. Internet was fast and stable, appliances worked perfectly, AC ran nice and cool. Spots on the porches to clean off sandy feet and gear. I’m a fan of giving pros and cons on reviews, even 5 star ones, so the only real “downsides” we had: - The pool got a bit sandy occasionally but there were lots of families with kids fresh from the beach bit the owners sent someone to clean during our stay. - the microwave was missing the glass plate, presumably due to the previous guests, but I really don’t hold that against the owner as that can be a bit slow to replace last second and they apologized and let us know upon asking. Microwave still worked and we just used the plentiful plates and bowls provided. - no private access/path to the beach, but again that was easily solved and it’s just a quick drive away. Overall a lovely stay and a lovely house. Highly recommended.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Communication was excellent, every question I had before and during our trip was answered promptly. We had a group of 10 and were very comfortable throughout our stay. The pool right outside the door was such a bonus, and the location was super convenient, with golf cart rentals nearby.The WiFi worked perfectly, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware we needed, and the place was spotless with a fresh, clean smell as soon as we walked in. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it for groups of 10–12. You’ll feel right at home and very comfortable here!

We loved that the pool was right outside the door. There was plenty room for the kids to spread out. The location was convenient beach access wasn’t to far. Plenty of parking for our vehicle and golf cart rental. Hosts were kind and attentive, they thought of everything. Will definitely go back again.

Great place to stay. My kids loved the pool and I am so glad we had the pool since the beach had a lot of tar this visit. This is pet friendly and was a great place for our lab. Plenty of places for us to walk to with the dog. We ate out for the most part so I can't say if the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking but who wants to cook on vacation anyway. Beds were comfy. Was nice to have a washer and dryer. Definitely will be staying again when we decide to travel with our pet.

Townhouse w/heated pool

My wife and I rented the house and it is in a beautiful location central to the beach into town and a wonderful quiet place. The heat pool was wonderful. We use that a couple times a day in between meeting with Family and it was just a wonderful experience and I will go back when the house available and I strongly recommend This location to traveling families because there’s plenty of space upstairs and downstairs for families

Great home!

This house really is a stunning home! Our group had a great stay and we’ll definitely be back. The only issues we had was with three TV’s not connecting to Wifi, and a light in the bunk bed bedroom not working. It wasn’t a big deal though and we had a nice relaxing trip.

Short Beach Trip

We enjoyed our 2-night stay here! The condo offered plenty of room incuding two living spaces. While the parking was a bit tight, it was extremely convenient for unloading and loading our vehicle. The location of the property was also perfect - as it was just maybe a 3-minute golf cart ride and a 1-minute or so car ride away from the beach.Although we didn't get a chance to use the pool, it was great to have it right outside. Overall, it was an wonderful stay and would return. eerirn. definitely choose to stay here again.
