Family Fun!!!

Very nice property. Got to take my wife, two daughters, my parents and wifes parents. Just a two minute walk to beach. Very welcoming, a home away from home feel. Everyone enjoyed it.

Couples Get Away

This is our second year staying at this property and we love it! We have four couples who took a long weekend to enjoy the beach and nearby fishing. This house is perfect for couples because every bedroom has a private bathroom. Amazing views of the water from the house and it’s just a quick walk to the boardwalk and you are right on the beach. Great location and great house!!!

Birthday Weekend

We had a short weekend stay. Loved having 4 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. All beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were clean and modern. The porches were awesome. But the den furniture was old and uncomfortable.

A GREAT family vacay property!

The perfect location!! Just a few minutes from town in a beautiful, gated community! The house was perfect for our family of 10, and having a bathroom in every bedroom was a HUGE plus! The kids had lots of room to play and the decks were a great place to take in some amazing views of the gulf! We had an issue with the wifi upon arrival, but a maintenance person was promptly sent out and it was taken care of! I would definitely stay here again!

We especially enjoyed having a bath for every bedroom, proximity to the beach, an open kitchen/dining/living area. In spite of a storm that kept us from the beach after the first day, we found plenty to do. Dinners at Fins and Trout Street were excellent. Also the management was very responsive and helpful.

Get-a-way to beach!

Great Location and Easy Access to Beach

The beds were not comfortable. Our King bed had hammocked and overall seemed overworn/used. The other King bed, the mattress was touching the floor making it uneven. The dryer did not work and the fridge has a leak. The home has too much oddball furniture pieces with the sofas were pretty worn and bent inwards.

Perfect for our family

Each room had its own bathroom which was perfect for our family (grandparents, aunt/uncle, me and my small children). The very short walk to the beach was SO convenient, especially for a family with small kids. We could set up all day on the beach but the rental was just steps away if we needed something like bathrooms, a nap, snacks; etc. The kitchen was really well stocked and we enjoyed cooking together. Will definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. Here are the tips for the owner: give the guest the gate and door code 1 day in advance and program it for checkin/ checkout. (We didn’t receive it until 1.5 hrs after checkin and we were traveling creating even more stress.) also, have an answering service available especially during off hours (we couldn’t get a hold of anyone on day of check in and they didn’t call back until the next day). Add blackout curtains. Add dish soap. Add laundry detergent. Add bug spray. COMMUNICATE!!! With your guests prior to arrival. Aside from that everything else was great

July 2019 PA Beach Holiday

Love the place and would definitely stay here again! The unit advertised as sleeping twelve(12). The three hide-a-beds were broken and should not be advertised as six (6) places to sleep. We bought three air mattresses the first night. The tv’s would not work ( two days to fix). Turned out to be an unplugged amplifier In the downstairs bedroom. Killed numerous large roaches. The fan in one of the upstairs bedrooms Is in terrible shape and needs replacing. Numerous light bulbs are burnt out. Outside water hose at the side of house needs replacing, full of holes.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The downstairs patio was nice but This house needs attention. Both sofa beds need to be replaced as they are not in usable condition. Lights didn’t work in a couple bedrooms. Ceiling fans had no remote so there was no way to change speeds. Unit had not been cleaned properly. Dirty towels left in one bathroom. Trash left in one of the other bathrooms. Did not supply enough towels (not even one per person). Outlet on balcony did not work. Would not stay hear again.

Beach Vacay

The house is in a great location, with a beach view from the living area, kitchen and large deck. Neighborhood is quiet with easy access to the beach and pool. Bedrooms & bathrooms are very nice. Property manager very responsive. Only issues: unpleasant smell in the stairway - possible pest control aromas? Cooking pans could be better, but otherwise the kitchen is well outfitted.

Great views

This was our second time staying in the community. Upon arrival noted sleeper sofa was broken ans was not able to to use it. Entry area sofa had a big rip in back of cushions. But was the worse problem was with all the TV’s, coukd not get regular channels, Netflix was the only thing we could watch, and even at that it was always buffering and would at times disconnect all together, that was a big bummer, 3 remotes for upstairs living room tv. The lack of adequate shower essentials was poor, 1 little tube of shampoo, body wash and the tiniest little bar of soap. Would probable not rent that unit again.

Lots of space

Total enjoy the beach house - there is plenty of space for the 6 of us (and kids) and the walkable location to the beach is perfect. having the pool available is a nice change up from being at the beach everyday. We had an air conditioner issue and management quickly responded and corrected the problem.

Sol to Soul is NOT a good place to stay.

The property has a great location with a beautiful view & walking distance to the beach, however, that's the only good thing. The patio furniture is broken, there was hair in one of the showers, there were huge cockroaches, the front windows alongside the front door are cracked. We only stayed 1 night & left.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has stayed at Lost Colony, on my birthday, for at least 10 years. This was my most disappointing stay. The unit is tired looking. The furniture is worn out and very uncomfortable. Second bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable. Pictures fooled me.
