Quick getaway

Cute house and firnishings. Small bedrooms and bathroom. Beds not long enough for my husband. Love the pool and fenced in yard.

Down by the sea was a fun house to spend a few nights for our kids fall break. It was close to restaurants and a short drive to the ocean. The pool was well kept. The kids loved the outdoor shower. The exterior lighting needs to be fixed or replaced.

Nice place in a good location

The place was very clean. The pool was also clean and a nice place to kick back. The downstairs bathroom came in very handy for 6 old farts. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice home with private pool

This is our second time staying in this house. Home was clean and well stocked with linens, towels, and kitchen items. Private pool is great after day at the beach. Some outdoor lighting including pool, stairs, and restroom were not functioning this time but we still enjoyed our time there.

Great Island Stay!

The house was exactly as described! My kids loved the pool. The house was comfortable and clean. The outdoor bathroom was a nice touch. There was a storm and the power went out and I was able to immediately contact the property management about this. The power went back on and I was I touch with the property management the whole time! Would stay again!

Wonderful home!

This home is just what we were looking for. It is located in a quiet neighborhood within a mile of town. Everything was perfect. Clean, spacious for a family with children, and an amazing pool with toys! We will be booking again spring 2024!

I love that it’s Close to stores and the beachfront . I don’t like that they don’t have the pool heated and the pool lights. The rooms are aceptables, perfect for a family of 7 . Is a quiet area .

Great space with pool

Enjoyed the weekend with two kids. Space was perfect for our family of four. Having private pool (although a little cold due to time of year) was still a great way to relax after the beach. Property stocked with towels and toiletries was a plus. Plenty of Bunk beds to choose from was fun for kids as well. Plenty of parking and close to most shops and restaurants. Would definitely book again. Thanks!

Great Time in Port A

House was perfect for the three of us and our small dog. Pool was nice to have, we used it every day. Everything is so close in Port A, just a few minutes to anywhere in a golf cart. One thing I did learn is that the island has a number of coyotes so be aware if you are bringing small dogs with you.

It was nice overall, things to consider if it’s not summer there is not an additional bathroom downstairs :/ i mean con on…… the BBQ has seen better days and needs some new parts or to be replaced. The kitchen living room is a lot bigger than the pictures give them credit. We would stay again.

Great house.

It is a shame that this house is managed by Vacasa. They do not honor veteran or military discounts. Altogether the house is lovely however, the customer service and nightly rates could have been much better.

Great stay ! We enjoyed every day!

We love the pool , my kids didn’t want to leave they want to star forever they said . There where some Little issues but they were fixed on time. Pretty close to the beach. Stores and restaurants. I love the privacy and quietness. Our family really enjoyed our little vacation and staying at this house make it a plus! We are looking forward to coming back!

Great house for a family

The place is great for a family or a group of friends. We cooked a few meals, skateboarded to the beach and found the neighborhood to be quiet and very chill. The bar had plenty of seating with a nice size kitchen. Bathroom had a big tub for soak and an odd functioning sink. Downstairs shower wasn’t functional for us. Pool was great with outdoor kitchen area for bbq and hangs. Stairs are a bit dangerous so be careful. Over all super cute and would come back.

Beach rental

Nice comfortable stay . Unfortunately the pool isn't heated like it stated on listing. But you could purchase for $50 a day extra to heat the pool. That was inconvenient and a little upsetting. But the property was fine .

The property owner was very communicative. The property was also quite clean. We would love to stay here again in the future. Admittedly the house internally appeared a bit dated, and the trim of the door inside/outside (main entrance of the house) was very scuffed up, but the door locked well and that is what matters. The toilet lid was cracked upon arrival > I notified the owner right away > they responded.

Great house, great location!

Had a great stay at this house with my 2 yr old, husband, and a couple friends. House was very comfortable, pool was clean and cool. Overall we had an excellent stay and hope to come again. Only suggestion i have is regarding the space under the stairs where the pool toys and beach chairs were is in need of cleaning. The blender needs replacing, as well as two of the bottom bunk beds. None of this would stop us from returning. Thank you for the great stay!
