Perfect home for a large group

The home was ideal for 8 adults and 6 kids. All bedrooms had a bathrooms for convenience. The third floor was ideally situated as the kids area. Only issues were WiFi did not work for two days and the dishwasher did not work during our entire stay. We were accommodated with a partial refund for our inconvenience. All said I would definitely recommend this property and Palmilla for large family gatherings.

Exceptional positive experience! Well worth it to lease this beach house. Super clean, neat, beau...

We loved the amenities and the upscale atmosphere of the beach house. It was exquisitely furnished to the last detail. We could tell that great and careful effort was made to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Our stay was quiet, ideal in comfort and breathtaking in decor. Mattresses were so comfortable. We could tell owners took great care in furnishing the house very well to achieve great comfort for its guest. The amenities were more than adequate. There were table games, shuffle board, billiards table, baby’s portable toilet, coffee pot and plenty of towels for the beach. Loved the four master bedrooms with private bathrooms and the fifth master bedroom with bunk beds to accommodate five kids or teenagers. Plenty of comfy sofas, and long tables on second and third floors for entertaining with balconies on both upper floors for great ocean view. It was a very memorable experience and we plan to return to this beach house. Oh, btw big screen TVs in every room. We give this place a high 5 plus rating. Awesome place.
