“There was trash left in our room, I went back down to the desk and ask the night worker was he sure our room was clean, he said where the beds made, to which I replied yes. Then he said we have new people working. So that’s probably why. There was only one washcloth and only 2 towels in the bathroom. I had to go back down and ask for more towels and washcloths, also. WE WILL NOT be staying there again!!”

“A friendly face greeted us when we arrived. Was a welcoming room and very quiet. Would recommend for anyone to stay and I will stay again.”

“The staff was extremely helpful. The pool was not open for the entire stay; other people continued to use it despite that. We did not. The staff seems to be making great efforts to improve the property. They even left to buy items we needed during our stay. The entire property smells like smoke. I am unsure if there is a smoking permitted room: but people smoke in the rooms or on the balconies. It was annoying at best and definitely a concern for anyone with asthma or anyone who just hates……

“Very clean, everywhere even the parking lot! We had such a lovely woman check us in that was so helpful and even attentive to my daughter, gave her some fruit snacks - sounds small but those things really make such a difference in the atmosphere and positive of a time it was. The breakfast was amazing. All around I would recommend this location to anyone who needs to stay in Jamestown. We will be back if the future!”

“Very clean cabin, beautiful lake view. Love the mattress in the bedroom, very quick response from staff for anything we needed. Love that there is a gas grill available for use but you will need your own grill utensils we used a butter knife and a fork to flip our burgers. Restaurant there was also great, delicious food, friendly staff and great drinks. The "beach" is just a sandbox by the lake. Kayaks are free to use which was really cool, we spent a few hours just exploring the lake and……
