“Short stay room was very spacious & clean! If room is facing the front of the building it can be a little noise at times at night due to the truck stop across the street. We ran the fan on the air conditioner at to drown out any noise.”

“I’ve been looking for a hotel we can stay on my business trip in St. Charles. I think this is going to be the one. The location is great. The bed is comfortable. ”

“The staff was friendy and thehotel had many upgrades. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall we had a nice quiet stay. We plan to stay there again in the future.”

“Breakfast was small, but ok. Room needed some updates. No guide for the area or TV. Door was awkward and the bathroom was small. A/C worked excellently. No locks on outside door, so strange access to the building for anyone.”

“Lovely property in a rural setting with space to wander. Happy ducks and chickens will greet you and even eat out of your hands if you’d like them to. Clean and pretty rooms with lots of extras like robes and Netflix and snacks. Great place to stay if you have family in the nearby hospital or if you need a getaway!”

“We reserved this hotel because it advertised that it had a pool however when we arrived the pool was drained for maintenance. There was no mention of this on the website. The rooms had an odor to them, the hallways smelled of urine, and the headboard on the bed had obvious hand prints on it. The staff was nice however the building and rooms were not.”

“Couldn’t use the pool or hot tub. The weight room was very warm. The treadmill was loud and didn’t work right. The weight machine was broken by other guests and never fixed. The bike I could use but the screen was not working. It dirty in there. The outside and back doors were left open during the day and I didn’t feel safe. Any one could walk in who isn’t a guest there. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Check in and out was fast. The wi fi was only good for 8……

“The room was clean. There was no staff. We were greeted by a kiosk, foreigner that I couldn’t understand. The parking was good. The air-conditioning was poor because there were people smoking outside and the smoke was coming into the room so it smelled terrible of cigarettes. The property was filthy dirty. The inside of the whole carpeting were dirty. The parking lot was dirty. The only thing that was clean there was my room, but the bathtub was questionable.”
