「Lovely staff and everything was clean. We stayed in a room with shared bathroom. No issues with it. Great location for us. 」

「Stayed here many times but disappointed the room (carpet) didn't look clean, bathroom, this is only room with a bath and this will be the third time I've had this room and the bath taps don't work you can only use the shower. Previously I've had water in the room but not this time. Didn't look like the tea, coffee, etc. had been topped up」

「We were put in the annex roof room which had suffered earlier water damage. While we understand that Victorian houses are not the same as today's the stairs were extremely narrow and dangerous, especially when carrying suitcases. The windows also need replacing, the double glazing was a manual effort」

「The single en-suite room was very small, and a little tired-looking, but perfectly adequate for a one-night stopover. The chinese take-away a few doors down was convenient and very good. The full breakfast was amazing!」
