“Very expensive for the type of hotel! We were disappointed no breakfast included in the price The toilet seat was peeling The taps had lost their labels ..disgusting ! In the night I walked by my bed to the the “step into the loo “ and nearly broke my toe scraped my my back on a badly placed wooden and brass door stop We will never visit this hotel again and would like a refund”

“Very quiet location close to all amenities. Stairs may be difficult for less able people. Garden could be lovely, with some work. Car park charges have Increased to £7. , not £4.50”

“The "hotel" in some respects was reasonable (vehicle parking, visual appearance, and the room itself), but did not justify the name of hotel. The property offered no facilities for an evening meal (and even the nearest dining facilities {more than half a mile away} was closing down at the end of the day we were there and only offered a limited menu on that day). When asking what time breakfast was served there was some doubt whether it was served at all. They then stated that breakfast would be……

“Very disappointed. We had to hunt for someone to check us in on arrival. The restaurant was only open one evening of our stay. The food was disappointing and we waited for an hour one evening for bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, olives and a cheese board. We were there from Saturday till Friday morning. The room was clean but the beds were small and bedding only just covered the top of the bed. At the pool I was told to get my towel from my room otherwise I would have to pay.……
