"Location was convenient for my purposes. Check in and out was easy. Room was acceptable but design and decoration missed the mark for a boutique hotel. Night time hours were very loud between elevator and heavy guest room doors slamming. I will not return at this price."

"It was a wonderful stay, Full Hotel of Sweet 16 (Girls Basketball Championship Games) … had I known o would have waited.. Went to enjoy the hot tub & there were Several children (including small children) At No Fault to the Hotel (but the parents) "

"TV Directions are needed with something like: “Input, Portal, Live TV Cable, Guide.” Otherwise, you get “Samsung TV Plus is not available due to a network problem.” The breakfast area TVs were not working since the staff didn’t know how to get them working. The light fixture in Rm. 417 was full of bugs. We arrived at 1 PM and the front desk gave us a room where the sheets had not been changed. We know this because of the back sweat and peanut shells. We were given new sheets to install ourselves because they were shorthanded."

"Avoid! This hotel is undergoing major renovations which Expedia does not list. We arrived at our hotel around 6 in the evening to be told the water would be shut off at 9am for the full day. This was on top of our 4th floor room toilet and sink not draining with gross gurgling noises and dirt backing up into them. Partial breakfast. No workout room or pool. And understaffed front desk (1 person) to help everyone "to save money." That is aside from construction dust everywhere and a demolition. We checked out early and lots of others were leaving or just walking out to find another hotel. There are lots of lovely options in Lexington!"
