"Hot tub was out of order, outdoor pool was closed and indoor pool is out in the open beside the buffet restaurant where A LOT of men which one can only assume were truck drivers or something. They were also setting up a band in the lobby as well. Went to the room and it looked good but in the hall were Hispanic men with chairs giving each other haircuts it appeared they lived there and were very loud. By this time my anxiety was a 10 and I needed some crackers so I went to find a vending machine and ice. Once I found the ice machine it was out of order as well as the hot tub and there was no vending machine. At this point we decided it didn't feel safe and I was extremely disappointed so we left so my stay at this hotel was approximately 2 hours then I drove home. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL to any family"

"Our room was “cleaned” before checkout. Staff had thrown out half of our belongings that were still in our room including prescription medications. Bathroom was not clean. Front desk staff did nothing to compensate for our belongings being thrown in the garbage. Why our room was cleaned before we had checked out doesn’t make any sense and to throw someone’s medication out is an obvious sign they had not checked out. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend."

"Elevator was broken and we were on 4th floor and are not able to climb stairs. This created a major issue! The one good thing was the action of staff to move us down to 1st floor!! BIG THANKS TO THEM FOR THEIR ASSISTANCE! EVERYTHING ELSE WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD!!"

"Staff was amazing! Everyone was super friendly. Rooms were excellent and very clean. We went to the bar and had a good time. Both bartenders were super busy. We had a river view our first night. We were on the 5th floor for that. The trees blocked most of it, Was kinda at an angle. I can imagine the upper 2 floors were better views. But ours was still ok. Only wish there was a microwave in the room for leftover heat up. Lots of good food that we snacked on cold. Bed and pillows were amazing. I plan on buying the brand of pillow for us at home! "

"Seemed very ran down , was tucked behind a Waffle House and another restaurant. Had some permanent residents . Parking lot was trashed . Only seen one staff the 2 nights we stayed. "

"Very clean, quiet, cozy with every amenity imaginable for a 1 BR loft cabin. Kudos to Jamie for all her help and great conversations.I would highly recommend this cabin to any nature lover or outdoor person.Also seen 2 deer and 7 turkeys stroll thru the property."

"Staff was very friendly, but the TV, fridge, vanity light and microwave didn't work. There were bugs crawling around on the desk. And the pool wasn't open. Very disappointing for the amount of money we spent. "
