Fraudulent representation of rental unit

Steps totally frozen over , a steep vertical downward path ( unable to follow path due to heavy ice and broken stones. Must climb on retaining wall to then jump onto small side deck. Once inside the photos posted on the vrbo web contrast to the evidence I have concerning the accommodations. Was not 2 bathrooms , didn’t provide accommodation for 6 people as advertised, we were only four …. All photos taken by vrbo , with fish eye perspective and only the most perfect angles. Requesting full refund because of the fraudulent photos and written description. I’ll post all photos to support my claim
