“We never saw any staff during our visit- but everything was clean and comfortable. They have no onsite parking - but they offer free parking a little more than a mile away and it’s easily walkable. Breakfast was very basic- bagels, yogurt, coffee and fruit offerings- fine. Amazing location and beautifully decorated.”

“We loved the Ocean room, which was spacious and had a large bathroom and a little, well appointed, kitchenette. It was very comfortable and clean. Everyone we met was lovely. They are dog friendly and that worked well for us! Breakfast was not lavish or hot, but adequate- yogurt, pastries , fruit and coffee.
My one quibble- the Inn is in a residential area about a 20-25 minute walk from any restaurants or shopping. So you had to drive, uber or plan to walk for 45 min (rt) if going to dinner or……

“Our stay at this charming bed and breakfast in Newport, Rhode Island was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Mary, the owner, made us feel less like guests and more like family. Her warmth and genuine hospitality set the tone for the entire visit.

“Staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the cheese and wine for the afternoons on the roof deck. Room was very clean but basic. Not enough body lotion for showering. Would have like more hot options for breakfast other than oatmeal. Overall very nice property that I would rebook for a future stay in Newport.”
