The pool at this facility is very small and 3 feet deep so very limited for workouts. If you like to sleep in this is not possible beyond 8 am due to the neighboring construction noise. "VERY NOISY - the property isn't advertised as being across the street and above an outdoor nightclub, but it is. On the first night we returned home exhausted to hear and feel the room vibrate from the club booming away across the street. It continued on throughout the night till 4am and then re-started for the cleaning up at 8am. "We booked this house largely becasue of the online photos of the pool and spa. we were not disappointed. The back yard and pool area is lovely. We didn't have time to use the pool table and ping pong table but that area was lovely as well. I think you may need to buy some ping pong balls. The home is starkly furnished, not a lot of extra rugs and pillows and decor, etc. But that makes keeping it clean easy.
