"This property is not just phenomenal but is staffed by some of the most professional people I have ever came across having stayed at hotels all over the US. I have been staying at this property for the last year, including a one month stay that was work related, and the staff was consistently not just pleasant, but above and beyond what you would ever expect. The bell staff from Charles, to Armando, reflect what consideration this property offers to its guests. The area is great, the amenities and restaurant staff are incredibly accommodating. Cannot speak higher or give a higher rating for this property and its staff."

"This place is just steps away from the Disneyland entrance. No complaints there! The rooms were nice enough, but small. Still, if you're going to the parks most of the time, you don't really need much. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offer on-site self-parking for a fee, but there are very few of those spaces and you have to get there early to nab one. That's hard to do when check-time in at 4 p.m. They do have a valet service that costs a little more but the valets are friendly and helpful. Again, all these things are worth it for the nearness to the park."

"Loved that the rooms have both a shower and a bathtub. The rooms are nicely updated. Good location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy 20 minute walk to Disney. The only negative is that no outside food or drinks are allowed at the pool. But you can purchase food from the restaurant to eat at the pool, which is only open very limited hours. For us families with little kids, it would be so much easier and convenient if they would atleast allow us to bring in snacks. Also, kids must be 44 inches tall to ride the waterslide."
